<p><strong>Internal Audit Manager </strong>(Food and Beverage)</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the internal audit function of the Company, ensuring that our financial and operational processes comply with regulatory requirements and best practices.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>1. Review financial statements, budgets, expenditures, operational processes, and other financial reports to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.</p><p>2. Plan, manage and assist in the development of the annual audit plan, as well as assist in its execution, monitoring, and risk assessment.</p><p>3. Compile findings into detailed reports and present to the higher management</p><p>4. Work with senior management to develop action plans to address identified issues.</p><p>5. Stay current on changes to regulatory requirements and industry standards in the UAE.</p><p>6. Provide guidance and training to other employees to help them understand the importance of internal controls and the role of the internal audit function.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field</p><p>2. CPA/CMA or any related certifications</p><p>3. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the UAE</p><p>4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in Arabic and English is an advantage.</p><p>5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p><p>6.
