Role Summary:

What’s on your plate:

  • Manage vendor vouchers database

  • Set up vouchers in the Rewards engine

  • Collaborate with marketing to set up assets

  • Assess vendor utilization, distill insights and translate data into actionable analysis and communicate them to key stakeholders

  • Receive and review complex customers requestsΒ 

  • Raise issues to relevant teams when no document guideline is available

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in english

  • Ability to think out of the box and implement ideas in an agile manner

  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and capable of solving problems independently

  • Oriented to teamwork, with good interpersonal skills

  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks and complete tasks within established deadlines

  • Problem solver with little guidance from supervisor

  • Arabic speaker is a preference
