Intern – Art Project Coordinator

<p><span>The drawdeck team is looking for an Intern to help our design team deliver outstanding projects. Over the past few years drawdeck has positioned itself as one of the most sought-after art providers for commercial clients, in the UAE, and we’re only just getting started.</span></p><p><br></p><p>As an Intern at drawdeck, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn about the art industry. You will work closely with experienced art consultants, designers and production guru’s, assisting them with various tasks related to client projects. This internship will provide valuable exposure to the art world, allowing you to develop your skills in art research, client interaction, project coordination and art production.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct research on artists, art movements and art market trends.</li><li>Collaborate with consultants to understand client requirements and preferences.</li><li>Help prepare presentations, proposals and recommendations for clients.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers for sample requests and quality check.</li><li>Organise delivery of artwork to project site. </li><li>Assist in cataloging and organising art collections using appropriate software or databases.</li><li>Collaborate with consultants to create inventory lists and documentation for artworks.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a degree program related to art history, fine arts, arts management, or a related field.</li><li>Passion for and knowledge of the art world, including artists, art movements, and the art market.</li><li>Strong research skills and the ability to gather and analyse information effectively.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team.</li></ul><p><br></p>
