From concept development to project management, we handle every aspect of the design process to ensure that the project is completed on time and on budget.</p><p><br></p><p>We are searching for a <strong>talented Interior Fit-out Estimator </strong>to join our team. Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>Responsibilities:</u></em></strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure completeness of documents and drawings required for the tender</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Study all aspects related to the tender</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct a quantity take off to verify bills or quantify the works</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Pre-tender negotiations with major suppliers and subcontractors</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparation of all documents in accordance with the procedures for tender submissions</p><p><span>· </span>Computes costs by analysing labour, material, and time requirements.</p><p><span>· </span>Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>Qualifications:</u></em></strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge in Estimation Software (Plan swift, Candy etc…)</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Attention to detail</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A methodical approach to work</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Commercial awareness</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Negotiation</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Communication, Organization and time management</p><p><br></p>
