The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and selling beautiful and functional interior spaces to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our clients. The candidate should be able to provide exceptional customer service, close deals and achieve sales targets.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences and budget</li><li>Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval</li><li>Source appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures for each project, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations</li><li>Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients, including cost estimates and timelines</li><li>Oversee the execution of projects, working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and successful completion</li><li>Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure profitability</li><li>Attend trade shows, seminars, and other events to network and generate new business</li><li>Actively engage in social media and other marketing efforts to promote the company’s services</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field</li><li>Proven experience as an Interior Designer and Sales Consultant</li><li>Strong creative and technical skills, including proficiency in CAD software and other design tools</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors</li><li>Strong sales and business development skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li><li>Knowledge of local building codes and regulations</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong time management and organizational skills</li><li>A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for design and sales</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are a motivated and talented Interior Designer and Sales Consultant looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
