Job Description
<p>Castamo Furniture and interior design company looking for a creative Interior Designer / Architect with 3D experience to join our team immediately in Doha Qatar which will mean relocation.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>You will create environments, characters, event concepts, kiosks, and other creative concepts with outside-of-the-box thinking. Creating mood boards at a fast pace to get the client’s vision ready to have the designs created.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties/Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Working time is shift hours. morning and night.</li><li>Works with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed</li><li>Consults with client to select materials, furnishings, and decor</li><li>Sketch concepts and storyboards/mood boards for clients</li><li>Determines timelines and project costs and presents accurate estimates to clients</li><li>Project Assisting development team in space planning and design details for manufacturing of the concept</li><li>Able to build good relationships with clients and vendors and creating trust between yourself, the company, and the client</li><li>To maintain administration for all clients seen from initial contact to design process, production and after sales service</li><li>Model hard surfaces, textures, and lighting effects for realistic looks</li><li>Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications/Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>AutoCad and 3D Max experience</li><li>Sketching skills</li><li>Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to apply a sense of style to create aesthetically pleasing interiors</li><li>Strong visual design skills including proportion and aesthetics</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Type: Full-time</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Interior design: 1 year (Preferred)</p><p>Sales: 1 year (Preferred)</p><p>Language: English Must / Arabic (Preferred)</p><p>License/Certification: Qatar driving license (Preferred)</p>
