Responsibilities
- Experience in scope creation, budget analysis, BOQ, Estimation, information gathering,
- Experience in visioning, concept development and space planning
- Experience in project design specifications
- Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D renderings
- Conduct site visits and provide design direction to ensure project quality
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
- Advanced skills in 3D MAX, Revit and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with design codes and standards.
- Ability to create high-quality 3D renders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Education
bachelor’s degree/diploma in Interior Design or related field.
