<br><p>Iman Developers, a leading real estate development company, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Interior Design Coordinator to join our team. As an Interior Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the interior design aspects of our projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to create innovative and visually appealing interior spaces.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Project Coordination:</p><ul><li>Manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously, from initial concept development to final implementation.</li><li>Collaborate with architects and contractors to integrate interior design plans seamlessly with architectural blueprints and construction processes.</li><li>Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.</li></ul><p>Design Development:</p><ul><li>Develop innovative and creative design concepts that align with project goals, market trends, and client expectations.</li><li>Prepare detailed interior design plans, including space layouts, furniture arrangements, color schemes, and lighting designs.</li><li>Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories based on design requirements and budget considerations.</li></ul><p>Vendor and Contractor Management:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source and procure materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) required for the project.</li><li>Obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and coordinate delivery and installation schedules.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an Interior Design Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.</li><li>Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, 3D rendering tools, and project management software.</li><li>Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and construction methodologies.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and design trends.</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.</li></ul><p>Join the dynamic team at Iman Developers and contribute to the creation of exceptional interior spaces that exceed client expectations.
