<p><strong>Summary</strong> </p><p>As an Instructional Design Senior Supervisor, you will participate effectively in the Elezaby pharmacy employees’ development plan and support achieving Elezaby’s strategic goals.</p><p><span>We are looking for a passionate ID who loves learning and creating an impact to our beloved customers; </span>Elezaby <span>employees. Our target is to provide them with impactful, unforgettable learning experience, so you are expected to prepare a wide variety of non-technical content, design practical, interactive activities related to learning objectives, and keep them engaged all the time.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Design the required materials aligned for the assigned training programs, such as presentations, activities, assessments, facilitator, and learner’s guides.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensures courses are accessible, engaging, and contain interactive content.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Supports the People Development Lead in organizing, coordinating, and monitoring training activities.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensures the application and integration of adult learning methodologies and up-to-date technologies and tools into a fully online engaging learning experience</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Familiarity with e-learning tools &amp; LMS for an interactive online environment</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Stay updated with emerging learning technologies and tools.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Familiarity with both online and offline simulations</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Analyze and assess training needs and training programs related outcomes and results and report to the People Development Lead.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Design training solutions to improve training experience that engages and inspires employees </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Deliver and facilitate the assigned training programs to the corresponding audience if needed. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;3 -5 years of experience as an Instructional Design executing similar job responsibilities. </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge in learning theories and Instructional methodologies. </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability &amp; experience in utilizing technology in learning contexts. Examples may include:</p><p> Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suites, online and offline engagement tools.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrated experience in designing content, creative PowerPoint slides, and other development assets, e.g., facilitation and participant guides.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in developing different learning activities like storytelling, cases &amp; scenario-based learning.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in learning gamification and simulations.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Accreditation or certification in related fields or master in ID.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Facilitation experience in the corporate setting is a plus. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Working location: Head Office </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Working days: 5 </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Flexible working conditions</p>
