<strong><u>Job Description<br><br></u></strong><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<br></strong><ul><li>Perform receiving inspections on components and parts.</li><li>Prepare inspection reports/checklist and maintain files of inspection documents.</li><li>Review inspection and testing records received for compliance.</li><li>Prepare and coordinate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for nonconforming parts.</li><li>Review and verify documentation from vendors (MTC, MRB, COC, PL. etc) </li><li>Review and verify MTC’s chemical and mechanical requirements as per applicable standard.</li><li>Perform dimensional inspection of the parts using various measuring tools.</li><li>Able to use measurement tools such as Micrometer, Vernier caliper, Ultrasonic thickness gauge and other inspection tools.</li><li>Maintain and monitor calibration of inspection and measuring tools and instruments.</li><li>Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, as required.</li><li>Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.</li><li>Comply with ARM QMS and HSE policies and procedures.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Function/ Purpose<br></u></strong><ul><li>Perform a wide verity of inspection and quality control operations in visual, dimensional, reviewing of documentation, and making necessary critical observations and completing appropriate documentation as required.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Skills And Experience Required<br></u></strong><ul><li>Knowledge in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, material specifications, and requirements.</li><li>Possess knowledge of precision measuring tools and instruments.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn different software programs.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Qualification, Knowledge, And Experience<br></u></strong><ul><li>Minimum high School diploma or equivalent.</li><li>3 years minimum of Inspection experience.</li><li>Knowledge of raw material specification and grades.</li><li>Experienced with quality documentation.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Key Competencies/ Skills<br></u></strong><ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn different software programs.</li><li>Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Organized, detailed and accurate in work assignments.</li></ul>
