PepsiCo is universally recognized as one of the best companies in the world for leadership development.</strong><p><br></p><strong>Supervise the overall functions of the Warehouse and ensure Sales are served in line with company</strong><p><br></p><strong>Lead the snacks insights agenda for Saudi, guiding the business on key strategic priorities, implementing regular updates and analysis, supporting, and validating the innovation agenda and gearing the business for growth</strong><p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Support brand plans and validate marketing initiatives and proactive consumer and market understanding</li><li>Lead innovation agenda </li><li>Support on pack/price in line with market dynamics/Macros</li><li>Lead on MBRs/QBRs and other regular reviews</li><li>Collaborate on sector initiatives and drive capabilities </li><li>Manage insights budgets/POs/Invoices</li><li>Lead the analytics agenda and ensure regular delivery</li><li>Manage the agency team to deliver on insights agenda for the BU</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 7 yearsβ experience in market research, research tools and techniques</li></ul>
