We are currently looking to hire an <strong>Innovation &amp; Solutions Associate Intern </strong>to work with us as an intern for a duration of <strong>1 year</strong>.<br><br><strong>Who we are:<br><br></strong>Founded in 2006, our story started with two entrepreneurs. As a CX transformation partner, we recognize the need to establish an Innovation &amp; Solutions department to structure, promote, challenge, manage and grow the further development of existing and new products and services, and the alignment of systems and processes.<br><br><strong>What you will be doing:<br><br></strong>You will join us in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work closely with our Solutions Manager, Executive Vice President for Innovation and Solutions and our IT team. The Innovation &amp; Solutions Associate Intern reports to the Solutions Manager and works in close collaboration with the other Group’s departments. Here, passion, integrity and a “can-do” attitude are always top of mind. Main purpose and scope will involve:<br><ul><li>Supporting the development of the CXG Innovation &amp; Solutions department.</li><li>Supporting Solutions Manager with the delivery of, and migration to, new CXG digital products and solutions</li><li>Assisting with the creation of training material for the Customer Success Team</li><li>Creating and sharing quarterly internal user experience surveys</li><li>Contributing to training sessions and workshops alongside the Solutions Manager</li><li>Assisting the Customer Success Team with the maintenance of digital product portals</li><li>Acting as a Solutions leader for CXG projects</li><li>Sharing and collecting ideas for potential future CXG Solutions</li><li>Conducting qualitative research about the latest competitive market innovations and developments</li><li>Ensuring the maintained organization of information, data and documents on the internal SharePoint</li><li>Participating in strategy meetings</li><li>Assisting with CXG internal communications and content creation</li><li>Supporting the Solutions Manager with data analysis tasks</li><li>Acquiring great knowledge about CXG business operations and the luxury industry:</li><li>Attending presentations and workshops across all CXG departments</li><li>Shadowing and supporting Customer Success Manager(s)/Associate(s)</li><li>Joining client meetings to understand operational and client needs</li><li>Engaging with social media and marketing content<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><strong>What you will bring along:<br><br></strong>The role requires interest in the retail/luxury industry, you will also need to have the below:<br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent (currently pursuing your degree or fresh graduate)</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel</li><li>Fluent in English </li><li>Adaptable and flexible personality</li><li>Organized</li><li>Open-minded and curios mindset</li><li>Self-starter<br><br></li></ul>If you have what we are looking for, please make sure to attach your updated Resume with your contact details.<br><br>Should your profile fit the requirements for the role, we will get in touch with you to get a deeper understanding of your profile, to discuss the role in more detail and potential next steps.<br><br>To know more about us, please visit our website: https://www.cxg.com
