<p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>The Innovation Expert will be responsible for identifying and developing new ideas, products, services, or processes. The Innovation Expert may be tasked with coming up with entirely new concepts or they may focus on improving existing products or services.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conducting research to identify new technologies or business trends that could impact the organization’s operations or bottom line.</li><li>Identify and analyze potential improvements to existing products or processes.</li><li>Developing and managing budgets for new projects and initiatives.</li><li>Working with management to develop long-term strategies for the organization’s growth and success.</li><li>Recommending changes to products, services, or processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs without sacrificing quality.</li><li>Developing prototypes to test new ideas or concepts before they are implemented in the marketplace.</li><li>Conducting market research to identify opportunities for new products or services that meet customers’ needs.</li><li>Developing strategic plans for new product launches or campaigns that align with organizational goals.</li><li>Managing teams of employees who are working on specific projects.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Education: </strong></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or another discipline that provides a strong foundation in mathematics and science. MBA is preferred.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><p>5 – 7 years of relevant experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Language</strong></p><ul><li>Arabic (required)</li><li>English (required)</li><li>Kurdish (required)</li></ul>
