Our client is a Leading Japanese Company in Government Sector. They are now looking for an Innovation Assistant-Japanese Speakers to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Necessary coordination for organizing seminars related to GAH project.
- Communication with Japanese Start-ups which Dubai office supports.
- Communication with the contractors at GAH project
- Administrative work related to GAH project including outcome tracking, contracting, time schedule management and payment for outsourced projects/services.
- Coordination, schedule management and assistance to necessary business trip for the project etc.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
