Job Description

Portfolio Operations

  •  Monitor existing initiatives to ensure that each milestone is timely executed & deliverables are completed within budget. 
  • Track strategic KPIs based on their frequency to ensure compliance with its planned values.
  • Initiate approval of PMO projects deliverables, schedules and change requests to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. 
  • Develop status reports and dashboards to be delivered to the head of department and senior management. 
  • Participate in Risk Assessment and Gap Analysis sessions with initiatives and KPIs owners. 
  • Participate in program issues / risks identification and resolution and recommend impact on projects schedules 
  • Facilitate the resolution of change requests, raised risks & issues, projects’ interdependencies and projects completion activities 
  • Detail newly developed strategic initiatives to develop SANS Transformation Plan.

  • Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Qualifications 

Education

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Economics/ Accounting/ Business Administration

Experience 

  • 0 to 3 years of experience as a portfolio analyst or in a similar field is required.
