We have an immediate opening for an Infrastructure Support Analyst. This position can be located at our DTV office, Dharhan, KSA. This position will be focused on and require travel around the Middle East region.

  • Three key areas you’ll be working in are:
    • New business Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures.
    • New Plant Construction efforts
    • Future Infrastructure upgrades or technology integrations/implementations.

What you’ll do: 

  • Provide local incident response for Air Products IT Infrastructure services.
  • Provide local co-ordination for issue remediation and deployments with other remote Digital Infrastructure Services teams.
  • Provide local DT support and maintain DT Standards including Safety for DT computer rooms within the incumbents of responsibility.
  • Provide local DT support for voice services both fixed and mobile.
  • When necessary, assist with builds of Air Products standard desktops in the local staging centre using the Global load process.
  • Provide network hardware upgrades and installations for Maintain Viability work where Network Technical Support would not be performing this role.
  • Provide DT consultancy and services to local business planning and initiatives, involving local site visits to understand the reliance and inter-dependence of business applications and infrastructure services in the region.
  • Provide co-ordination for site requests / project activities requiring DT assistance at remote locations covering new construction, closure, movement and consolidation activities.
  • Ensures all DT processes and standards are applied to work in region.
  • Promote Air Products DT technical standards and support migration efforts to the future infrastructure state to maximize standardization and currency.

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, specialized training, certification, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven work experience in desktop, server support or other IT infrastructure areas.
  • 10+ years’ work experience in the IT Industry
  • Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, analytical, technical skills.
  • Must have broad infrastructure knowledge.
  • Well-developed problem-solving, analytical and innovation skills
  • Familiarity with Service Now an advantage.
  • Microsoft, Cisco or Palo Alto certifications an advantage
  • Familiarity with Project Management techniques would be an advantage.
