Our core values of professionalism, creativity, and social responsibility shape our approach to every endeavor.</p><p>Currently, we are actively seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage a portfolio of sewerage, stormwater, and recycled water projects.</li><li>Lead or participate in scheduled fortnightly project reviews, involving internal and external design disciplines, to ensure high-quality and consistent presentation or design documents are produced according to requirements and standards.</li><li>Provide management with comprehensive information and insights on all aspects of work and project performance to facilitate discussion and decision-making, both on a periodic basis and in response to ad-hoc management requests.</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up on instructions and commitments associated with the projects.</li><li>Maintain and update project information on the project management enterprise platform.</li><li>Prepare and review specifications, datasheets, vendor lists, and other construction documents.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-departmental sections to develop and implement action plans for resolving potential cost overruns, delays, or significant changes to the scope of work.</li><li>Establish program requirements for all project areas and monitor draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.</li><li>Prepare regular dashboards that reflect portfolio performance and promptly report any anomalies or discrepancies to senior management.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>8-10 years of relevant experience in management and coordination with multi-discipline project teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.</li><li>BSc in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in a water-related discipline.</li><li>PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Our offer:</strong></p><ul><li>A challenging and stimulating work environment, flexibility, competitive compensation package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>Working place: Dubai.</li><li>Starting date: 15.07.2023 or as agreed upon</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Are you interested in this exciting opportunity?</strong></p><p>We are looking forward to your application.
