Job Description
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>· Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware</p><p>· Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements</p><p>· Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software</p><p>· Serve as the subject-matter expert supporting Mac OS X, Windows, and widely used software and applications, such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Google Workspace</p><p>· Install, configure, and support workstation software and hardware.</p><p>· Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost efficiency and accuracy</p><p>· Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration, and ensure components meet business needs and work together seamlessly</p><p>· knowledge of FortiGate Firewall administration, Installation.</p><p>· Windows Servers administration supports, which involves User Management, Group Management, Folder Share</p><p>· Experience with private, public, and hybrid cloud-based environments</p><p>· Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues</p><p>· Train employees in using software and hardware and provide technical support when needed</p><p><strong>Required skills and qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or any related field</span></li><li><span>Proven work experience in the same field min. 4 years.</span></li><li><span>Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems; current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching.</span></li><li><span>Expertise in creating, analyzing, and repairing large-scale distributed systems.</span></li><li><span>Creating volumes, assigning to servers and remote replication.</span></li><li><span>Strong analytical skills</span></li><li><span>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud administration.</span></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred skills and qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><span>Experience with Docker containers.</span></li><li><span>Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration on cloud and on-promises.</span></li><li><span>Experience with data integration like Kafka and RabbitMQ.</span></li><li><span>Experience with in-memory data store, caching like Redis.</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
