<p>We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team at ITSS. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer’s IT systems and providing technical assistance to their employees.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Responding to technical support requests from employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues</li><li>Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems and providing timely resolutions</li><li>Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and software</li><li>Setting up and managing user accounts and access permissions</li><li>Conducting regular system maintenance tasks, such as backups and updates</li><li>Collaborating with other IT team members to resolve complex issues</li><li>Documenting and maintaining records of support activities and solutions</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Proven experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting in a professional environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications</li><li>Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting network connectivity issues</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><br></p>
