<p>Istikbal is looking for an<strong> IT Specialist.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Location: Mecharafieh – Beirut</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Install, troubleshoot and maintain computer hardware, software, and network operating systems.</p><p>- Ensure that technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software and provide continuous monitoring and maintenance to guarantee maximum access and use for end users.</p><p>- Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance contracts.</p><p>- Monitor security of all technology and asses potential risk- backup.</p><p>- Manage all malfunctioning equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment to reduce outages.</p><p>- Conduct regular store visits to fill in the requested checklist.</p><p>- Supervise all equipment, such as alarm systems, and CCTV systems.</p><p>- Always be available for any urgent IT issues in stores and show flexibility.</p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</strong></p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field.</p><p>- <strong>3 to 4 years</strong> of experience in a related job function.</p><p>- Attention to detail.</p><p>- Good communication skills.</p><p>- Decision-making &amp; Problem-solving</p>
