Information Technology Product Manager
Job Description
<p>We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a passion for healthcare and SASS products to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and enhancement of our digital health platform and driving product strategy to meet the needs of our users and business goals. The role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a track record of successfully launching and managing SASS products.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p> – Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, user stories, and feature prioritization.</p><p> – Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data analytics, and business development to ensure successful product development and launch.</p><p> – Conduct market research and analysis to identify user needs and market trends, and use insights to inform product roadmap and strategy.</p><p> – Develop and execute go-to-market plans and marketing campaigns to drive user adoption and engagement.</p><p> – Define product metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and track progress towards business goals.</p><p> – Continuously monitor and analyze product usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.</p><p> – Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and healthcare regulations to ensure the product remains competitive and compliant.</p><p> – Communicate product updates and strategy to internal stakeholders and external partners.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><p> – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration)</p><p> – 2+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching and managing SASS products in the healthcare industry.</p><p> – Strong technical background, with experience in software development and familiarity with Agile methodologies.</p><p> – Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment, including experience working with healthcare providers and clients.</p><p> – Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success.</p><p> – Strong project and people management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</p><p> – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</p><p> – Fluency in English and French is required.</p><p><br></p><p>We offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in improving healthcare access and delivery in Africa.
