Job Description
- Hands on knowledge on Informatica BDM and Power Center for trouble shooting production issues.
- Hands on knowledge on Hadoop components for trouble shooting production issues – viz OOZIE, Ambari, Scoop scripting. HDFS commands.
- Proficient in writing advanced Hive queries.
- Knowledge on relational and non-relation Databases (Sybase IQ, Oracle, MSSQL, Mongo DB, Hive, postgresql).
- Hands on experience in Unix Command.
- Good knowledge of reporting tools viz. Cognos, Power BI
- Experience in Application production support within the ITIL Framework.
- Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in
- Application trouble shooting, configuration and maintenance.
- Application performance tuning and optimization
- Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA
- Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis
- Experience in Work flow maintenance and Configuration.
