<strong>Role Purpose </strong><p><br></p>To provide operational support in the development and implementation of all key sector outreach, activations and thought leadership programmes.as required to achieve the strategic plan<p><br></p><strong>Key Accountabilities &amp; Activities</strong><p><br></p><strong>Planning and Strategy</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Support on development of sector outreach, events, activations and thought leadership programmes </li><li> Coordinate outreach programmes across sector and divisions including central marketing </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Operations</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Arrange Neom Media Industries presence at key regional and international industry events </li><li> Develop all relevant materials to support and position the sector accordingly </li><li> Negotiate competitive advantageous terms with event and forum organisers </li><li> Oversee all logistics for outreach programmes </li><li> Maintain presence at industry events as required </li><li> Manage photo/video libraries </li><li> Follow and review industry news and trade press daily. </li><li> Build and maintain close trade and press relationships. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Build strategic alliances with key industry events and conference organisers </li><li> Review and maintain an understanding of new markets and Festival circuits </li><li> Integrate sector outreach with corporate marketing, events, digital and comms teams </li><li> Build and manage the events agencies including international partners </li><li> Work closely with other sectors to ensure close collaboration in outreach programmes </li><li> Support with external stakeholder engagement at industry events </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Budget Management </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Build and maintain annual sector outreach budget </li><li> Manage annual budgeting cycle </li><li> Accountable for the effective delivery of agreed annual budget </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Administration</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Develop relationships with key internal stakeholders to achieve required outcomes </li><li> Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all relevant processes are adhered to </li><li> Maintain offline and online filing and administration systems </li><li> Ensure full compliance with procurement policy for the department, liaising with Business Operations, Procurement and Finance teams </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Background, Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Experience </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> 5+ years’ track record of delivery of PR programmes and events, from briefing to execution </li><li> Proven ability to manage a wide number of different projects simultaneously </li><li> Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels </li><li> Strong communication/influencer skills </li><li> Ability to work in a demanding environment </li><li> Strong Project Management skills to deliver multiple projects simultaneously from concept to execution. </li><li> High degree of proficiency in O365 including Word, Powerpoint and Excel </li><li> Confidence in creating and presenting data, reports and post-activation presentations. </li><li> experience in communications and events either in-house or in an agency </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Degree, MSc </li><li> 5+ years leading global, high profile PR events </li><li> Relevant industry qualifications</li></ul>
