<br><p><strong><u>Job Description:</u></strong></p><p><strong>We are seeking an experienced Industrial Trainer to join our team. The Industrial Trainer will develop and deliver training programs for our employees, academic entities, and customers on various industrial automation topics such as power fluidics, PLC, robotics, CNC &amp; electrical drives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering effective training programs, a strong knowledge of industrial processes and equipment, and excellent communication skills.</strong></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Deliver training on industrial automation and Mechatronics technologies according to FESTO standards</li><li>Provide training opportunities for students and personnel from industrial companies</li><li>Provide high-level customer service to Training Centre clients</li><li>Engage in self-training at least 20% of working time to maintain knowledge and skills for FESTO certification</li><li>Design textbooks, workbooks, and training modules</li><li>Participate in national and international training and conferences</li><li>Conduct research and development of industrial solutions</li><li>Foster collaborative relationships with local schools and organizations</li><li>Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of training environments</li><li>Ensure compliance with personnel regulations, policies, and procedures</li><li>Conduct program and instructional evaluations</li><li>Acquire and maintain physical resources for normal operations</li><li>Assist with tracking financial activity and expenditures</li><li>Review safety practices and work techniques of staff</li><li>Join forces with the Executive Director to foster collaborative relationships with local schools and organizations </li><li>There may be additional duties in accordance with improved or enhanced organization-wide goals and objectives </li><li>Job duties and requirements are liable to variation in the future to reflect changes in educational philosophy and methodology, clients’ needs, and organizational requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical power and machines engineering</li><li>Strong theoretical and practical background in industrial automation technologies</li><li>2+ years of experience in the industry working with electrical machines, VFDs, soft starters, power electronics, classic control, PLC automation and programming skills, maintenance, installation &amp; commissioning.</li><li>Good knowledge of reading different schematics &amp; technical drawing</li><li>Good knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design</li><li>Adept in instructional design, curriculum development, and program evaluation</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills</li><li>Willingness to do hands-on work with Mechatronics technologies</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Ability to safeguard the financial health of the operation</li><li>Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken)</li></ul><p><br></p>
