Industrial Quality Engineer
Job Description
<p><strong>Job Brief</strong></p><p>Ensure that the product and service meet all necessary requirements before it reaches the consumer, Inspect the final product to ensure that it has been built according to legal standards and meets customer expectations to maintain the reputation of the company by ensuring that the product and service are capable of continuous growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Setting quality control goals and working to achieve them.</li><li>Determine the standards and quality standards that must be passed by the manufacturing processes.</li><li>Monitor production processes from their first steps and report malfunctions, if any.</li><li>Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.</li><li>Develop and review specifications for products or processes.</li><li>Determine suppliers’ raw material or intermediate product requirements and monitor their compliance.</li><li>Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.</li><li>Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other personnel and provide guidance and feedback.</li><li>Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.</li><li>Examining final outputs and comparing characteristics to requirements.</li><li>Writing and submitting reports regarding malfunctions and appropriate solutions.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.</li><li>Request customer evaluation on the product/service to ensure if their requirements have been met.</li><li>Provide detailed reports to executives.</li><li>See improvement opportunities and develop effective new procedures.</li><li>Consider the best ways to reduce product prices and improve their quality.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.</li><li>Work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.</li><li>Good knowledge and understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.</li><li>Excellent mathematical abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.</li><li>Good Microsoft Office skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and results-based approach.</li><li>High sense of responsibility.</li><li>Statistical analysis skills.</li><li>Training skills for others.</li><li>Problem-solving skills.</li><li>ISO 9000 Quality Control Certificate is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Company culture</strong></p><ul><li>Work location: El-Mahalla.</li><li>Working hours: from 9 am to 6 pm. Includes a one-hour lunch break.</li></ul>
