Inclusion Teacher

Job Description

<p>The inclusion teacher works to support students who have Special Educational Needs to be able to access mainstream education. They will work with students, teachers, and learning support assistants to ensure the students have access to the curriculum and are able to reach their potential while promoting inclusion and equality in the classroom.</p><ul><li>Planning and delivering lessons that meet the needs of individuals and groups of children</li><li>Developing and delivering activities that will motivate and challenge pupils</li><li>Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on student attainment and progress</li><li>Contributing to the provision of an inclusive teaching and learning environment</li><li>Collaborating with other teachers, parents, carers, and professionals</li></ul><p>Candidates must have:</p><ul><li>Must have a teaching qualification or a qualification in SEN</li><li>Experience working with students with special educational needs</li><li>Ability to create an inclusive learning environment</li><li>Ability to differentiate lesson plans</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>
