<p>KCi Group is seeking a talented IT Developer with expertise in Zoho Apps to join our growing corporate team. As an in-house expert you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization’s growth by individualizing and optimizing our suite of Zoho applications. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and creative professional to contribute to our success by leveraging their technical skills and knowledge of Zoho to streamline our operations and enhance our productivity.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for utilizing Zoho applications to drive efficiency and productivity improvements.</p><p>- Customize and configure various Zoho applications, including but not limited to Zoho Mail, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Expenses, Zoho Projects, Zoho People, Zoho Forms and more, to meet the unique needs of our organization.</p><p>- Integrate Zoho applications with other software systems and third-party APIs to ensure seamless data flow and maximize system efficiency.</p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications, providing ongoing support to end-users and collaborating with Zoho support as necessary.</p><p>- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in Zoho and related technologies, recommending enhancements and improvements to existing systems.</p><p>- Document technical specifications, system architecture, and configuration details for Zoho applications, ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer and system documentation.</p><p>- Train and mentor team members on utilizing Zoho applications effectively, promoting user adoption and self-sufficiency.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p><p>- Proven experience working as an IT Developer with expertise in Zoho One Apps</p><p>- Proficient in integrating Zoho applications with other systems and APIs.</p><p>- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions using Zoho applications.</p><p>- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</p><p>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</p><p>- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.</p>
