The Company delivers the majority of the country’s crude oil production and natural gas supply.<p><br></p>Purpose of the Job<p><br></p>Responsible for provision of application delivery and support and/or workflow support within area of business portfolio, ensuring agreed service levels are met<p><br></p>Education &amp; Experience<p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science or related with a minimum of 4 years professional experience</li><li> Skill level in Business Analysis and Consultancy, Knowledge level in Portfolio Management in a corporate environment</li><li> Knowledge of E&amp;P processes, data, and information management</li><li> Experience in customer/workflow/application support</li><li> Sound technical and commercial experience</li><li> Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interface with other departments, vendors, and contractor representatives</li><li> A resilient, flexible approach and a can-do attitude</li><li> Ability to listen to stakeholders needs and translate into specific actions</li></ul><p><br></p>Main Responsibilities<p><br></p><ul><li> Deliver, as part of team, proactive, timely application support and advice to specified business user communities, documenting all activities</li><li> Following ITIL processes, ensure agreed service levels (OLAs/SLAs) are met and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are delivered, while appropriately responding to critical business needs</li><li> Contribute to the implementation of application upgrades, infrastructure changes, and data migrations. Plan for and schedule installation, configuration, and deployment activities, organize/execute functional, data integrity, and integrated workflow testing, and coordinate implementation and legacy systems removal</li><li> Deliver, as part of team, the analysis and improvement of existing subsurface and well engineering processes, incorporating the optimum and innovative use of technology (applications, infrastructure), information (data, documents) and business intelligence, and the training of users for changes and new features in key applications</li><li> Build and maintain relationships with business, peers in IM&amp;T, and key service provides</li><li> Document application functionalities, processes, and user procedures</li><li> Create awareness with fellow PDO employees, contractors, and visitors around PDO HSSE requirements, including Life Saving Rules</li><li> Ensure adherence to all HSSE requirements, taking corrective actions where required</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Skills Required</u></strong><p><br></p>Other Job Details
