Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist overseas sales to deal with the maintenance of agents;

Communicate with foreign customers about orders, and be independently responsible for the execution of orders, including order confirmation, production scheduling, processing customer payment, etc;

Assist the sales department to summarize sales data, providing classified sales reports, sales statistics, and query management;

Regional administrative work and reception;

Other overseas sales support work and other work arranged by department leaders;

Flexible handle tasks of different projects and priorities.

Qualifications

Chinese, English and local languages can be used as working languages;

More than one year of foreign trade export work experience, familiar with international trade is preferred;

Proficient in using office software, strong learning ability;

Have the strong executive ability, interpersonal communication ability and ability to deal with emergencies independently, good at integrating internal and external resources and maintaining customer relationships;

Be meticulous, serious, rigorous, responsible and practical;

Have a team spirit, can apply to a variety of tasks, and cooperate well with the team to complete tasks.
