<strong>Requirement:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Knowledge on Incoterms is mandatory</li><li>Should have minimum 2 years experience in UAE managing import/export coordination</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred</li><li>Arabic speaker highly preferred<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Coordinate import shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.</li><li>Support the sales team with import quotations and sales contracts, incorporating accurate Incoterms information.</li><li>Communicate with clients regarding import orders, shipment schedules, and changes in delivery terms.</li><li>Maintain and update import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.</li><li>Assist in resolving import-related issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.<br></li></ul>
