<p><strong>Roles and responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Creating shipping/delivery routes and schedules</p><p>· Perform follow up and tracking activities to determine shipment status</p><p>· Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels</p><p>· Reviewing shipping documents to ensure accuracy and issuance of delivery order on timely basis</p><p>· Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively</p><p>· Be flexible and ready to accept more challenging or assigned tasks</p><p>· Good collaboration and team work abilities</p><p>· Accuracy in Invoicing and timeliness</p><p>· Ensure on line Bill Of entries are processed on time</p><p>· Ensure import arrival notices are dispatched to clients well in advance</p><p>· Coordinate with transporter to ensure that the cargo is delivered</p><p>· Prepare and follow up on all documents</p><p>· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.</p><p>· Communicating with customers through various channels.</p><p>· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.</p><p>· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication</p><p><br></p><p><strong> Qualifications and education Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Mandatory)</p><p>· Minimum of 2 years experience in imports, customs brokerage, or compliance required. </p><p>· Must be a proficient communicator in English</p><p>· Must be proficient with Microsoft office tools</p><p>· Experience in customer service will be appreciated</p><p>· Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes</p><p>· Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a major plus</p><p>· Experience with large well-known or international companies is a major advantage</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p></p>
