You’re a perfect match with our team if you love collaborating with people to solve complex problems, always want to learn new skills, and take ownership of your work.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assess client requirements and design effective deployment strategies, considering various deployment options such as on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid solutions.</li><li>Lead and execute the implementation of software products into client environments, ensuring successful deployment and integrations.</li><li>Configure and customize software solutions to align with client-specific requirements, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.</li><li>Investigate and resolve technical issues during the implementation process, collaborating with internal teams and clients to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions.</li><li>Create and maintain accurate documentation related to implementation processes, deployment configurations, and troubleshooting guides.</li><li>Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure smooth communication throughout the implementation phase.</li><li>Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure software functionality, performance, and reliability in different deployment scenarios.</li><li>Provide training and technical support to clients and end-users during the implementation process, assisting them in effectively utilizing the software solution.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to deployment options and DevOps practices, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Product Implementation Engineer or similar role.</li><li>Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.</li><li>Strong technical skills and proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools, including Ansible, .NET, AngularJS, ReactJS, GraphQL, Rest APIs, Windows Services, and IIS.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.</li><li>Strong understanding of software deployment options, including on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid solutions.</li><li>Experience with configuration management tools and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams and engage with clients.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Who are we?</strong></p><ul><li>A promising company in the Future of Work domain that provides an innovative all-in-one meeting platform</li><li>A proud company of Atlassian’s Ventures portfolio companies</li><li>A healthy environment to work, learn, develop your skills, and have fun</li></ul>
