We are offering good career opportunities with fastest promotions in the industry and chance to work with different major countries that is UK, Ireland, Canada, USA and France.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>To be responsible for the leadership, management, delivery and development of admissions administration and to actively promote change and support new ways of working within both the team and the wider teams.</li><li>To line manage the Admissions team, allocating responsibilities, workload planning and managing performance ensuring that appropriate standards of behaviour, performance and customer care are demonstrated at all times. To provide coaching and support, developing their skills, knowledge and understanding. Carry out appraisals, set objective and give feedback ensuring that targets are met.</li><li>To manage the Admissions team that has responsibility for:</li><li>Validation of different country qualifications upon receipt of application</li><li>The arrangement and coordination of applicant interviews in consultation with academic staff</li><li>Checking that offers made comply with College policies, recording in the College systems and advising applicants of interview results, offering places/rejections as appropriate</li><li>Verification of applicants’ identification and examination documentation; ensuring where appropriate that applicants have returned and/ or supplied the relevant documentation for the entry of the course</li><li>To work closely with the Processing Officers to ensure student application and conversion targets are met.</li><li>To ensure that our quality standards for admissions are maintained across all programmes. To enhance and develop the Admissions guidance notes.</li><li>To prepare statistical admissions data to the Senior Management Team and relevant internal staff.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Eligibility</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree mandatory</li><li>Experience in Study abroad/ Migration industry or Student recruitment is mandatory</li><li>Good communication skill</li><li>Leadership quality</li><li>Caliber to lead a branch or region</li><li>Ability to work under target or pressure</li><li>Only apply if you are looking for longterm career with best industry practice</li></ul><p><br></p>
