Your future role &amp; Job Purpose:<p><br></p>We are looking to hire Senior Specialist, Decision &amp; Support I, II<p><br></p>As a Senior Specialist in Decision and Support, the responsibilities include coordinating activities for ExCom and Board of Managers meetings as well as interacting with shareholders, external parties, and internal stakeholders at IMI.Assists organizations by defining their capabilities, policies, procedures, and organization charts. Mathematical and statistical analyses of financial, economic, and operational data are undertaken to facilitate informed decisionmaking. This includes developing and utilizing mathematical models that assist in better underst<p><br></p>Key Accountabilities:<p><br></p>The, Senior Specialist, Decision &amp; Support I, II will be responsible for but not limited to:<p><br></p><ul><li> Lead business interactions with shareholders, governmental entities, and third parties, ensuring regular reporting is provided as requested.</li><li> Oversee and execute all activities related to the ExCom meetings, including the development and delivery of materials required for each meeting, coordination of logistics, proceedings, and action items follow up.</li><li> Direct and facilitate all aspects of the board meetings, including the development and delivery of materials required for each meeting, coordination of logistics, proceedings, and action items follow up.</li><li> Manage budgeting, accountability, planning, and execution of the Corporate Planning function.</li><li> Compile, consolidate, and prepare internal and external weekly highlights, providing analysis and insights on key trends and performance indicators.</li><li> Conduct in-depth analysis of internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats (SWOT) to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.</li><li> Oversee the review of internal business intelligence, including quality, timeliness, service orientation, and other characteristics of current and planned projects, providing guidance and recommendations for improvement.</li></ul><p><br></p>Who we are looking for:<p><br></p><strong>Experience: </strong> 9-15 years of relevant experience<p><br></p><strong>Education: </strong>B.S Degree, in Engineering, Project Management, Economics MIS, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.<p><br></p><strong>Competencies (Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities)</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Analytical skills and an eye for detail</li><li> Commercial awareness</li><li> Numerical skills</li><li> Planning and organizational skills</li><li> Ability to understand broader business issues.</li><li> Communication and presentation skills</li><li> Ship &amp; Rigs Building industry expertise.</li><li> Investment analysis best practices.</li><li> Commercial &amp; financial investment.</li><li> Joint venture contractual agreements.</li><li> Analytical, technical problem solving.</li><li> Economic and financial modelling.</li><li> Internet data mining.</li><li> Taxation regimes.</li><li> Competence in applicable software and systems.</li><li> Knowledge and understanding of IMI strategic goals and policies</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Language:</strong> Thoroughly proficient in both verbal and written English<p><br></p><ul><li> Resume/CV</li><li> Resume<br><br></li></ul>
