<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p>Position: ICLA Team Leader<p><br></p>Reports to: ICLA Project Manager<p><br></p>Supervision of: ICLA Officers, ICLA Technical Assistants<p><br></p>Duty station: Misrata, Libya (responding to Misrata and Tawergha)<p><br></p>Travel: 40% Domestically outside of duty station based on programme needs and/or occasionally to Tunis<p><br></p>Duration and type of contract: 31 December 2023, renewable based on performance, funding, and the need for the position<p><br></p>All NRC employees are expected to work in accordance with the organization’s core values: dedication, innovation, inclusivity and accountability. These attitudes and believes shall guide our actions and relationships.<p><br></p><strong>Background </strong><p><br></p>As a part of its assistance in Libya, NRC provides information, counselling and legal assistance (ICLA) services to empower beneficiaries and support them to claim and exercise their rights. NRC beneficiaries include refugees, internally displaced people and members of host community.
