Our client is a global multinational information technology company<p><br></p><strong>Project/Department: Indoor Building Solutions Design</strong><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Hand- On experience in managing Wireless telecom projects (preferably indoor coverage/WI- FI projects)</li><li>Strong leadership and communications skills and stakeholder management skills to Extended Leadership Team level.</li><li>Build and maintain strong working relationships at a senior level.</li><li>Preferably a member of the Association for Project Management, qualified to be one or more of the following PMP /PMI/CAPM/ IAPM / CSM/ MPM/ CPMP or Prince 2.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Job Description And Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Knowledge of WI-FI engineering, and understanding the key principles and dynamics of WI-FI solutions and networks.</li><li>Understanding WI-FI and general RF Site design for 802.11 g/a/n/ac/AX, mesh networks</li><li>Understanding of End to End elements of WI-FI network.</li><li>Preferably to have an understanding of Core elements related to WI-FI networks.</li><li>Having to understate of backhaul and connectivity (MW, Fiber, GPON, )</li><li>Experience in turnkey projects.</li><li>Experience in reading project plans, including defining project tasks and resource requirements, reviewing site plans and drawings for accuracy</li><li>Incorporation of best practices regarding documentation, testing, network design, monitoring, and administration.</li><li>Utilize excellent listening skills and strong written and spoken communications skills to enhance efficient project deliveries.</li><li>Prepare and update site status reports, databases, and project forecast reports.</li><li>Continuously review and identify opportunities to implement process and delivery improvements.</li></ul>
