<p>Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of laptop, desktop, printer, scanner, attendance machine, telephones etc.</p><p>configuration and trouble shooting of outlook.</p><p>Remote support through team viewer</p><p>Knowledge of LAN,WAN, IP configuration, domain networks.</p><p>knowledge of recovery methods</p><p>secure all pc’s with latest antivirus security patches, knowledge of cloud fare, data back ups etc.</p>
