<strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p>Provides installation, technical expertise, and training for all telecommunications equipment and components. Installs, configures, terminates and tests all telecommunications equipment, cables, connectors, and interfaces. Performs intricate alignment and calibration procedures to ensure telecommunication systems are operating efficiently. Maintains telecommunication equipment and component inventory, asset management, media production equipment and facilities as well as fixed installations at various company and/or client sites. Resolves system operational problems by troubleshooting and performing fault isolation. May supervise telecommunications technicians, outside contractors providing technical support and media production services.<p><br></p><ul><li>6 years’ practical experience in support of communications electronic systems or equipment.</li><li>Have the technical knowledge to solve complex problems, understand the interrelationships of circuits, understand IP routing and architecture design.</li><li>Be able to exercise independent judgment in performing tasks.</li><li>6 years’ engineering experience in: telecommunications; and physical infrastructure.</li><li>3 years’ experience in military communication systems, as specified in the TO.</li></ul><p><br></p>Location: PSAB, KSA<p><br></p>ADAB, UAE<p><br></p>USAB, Kuwait<p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Secret Clearance</li><li>Bachelor’s with 5 – 8 years (or commensurate experience)</li><li>Certifications: Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) Outside Plant Design (Course/Certified); OR USAF Engineering and Installation Project Engineering (Course/Certified)</li><li>pending contract award</li></ul><p><br></p>#cjpost<p><br></p>#ctss
