<p>Summary</p><p>Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Hygiene Officer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in food safety and hygiene to contribute to the high standards of our hotel.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p>- Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and hygiene policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and international standards</p><p>- Conduct regular inspections of food storage, preparation, and service areas to ensure adherence to hygiene standards</p><p>- Collaborate with the culinary and stewarding teams to maintain best practices in food handling and storage</p><p>- Provide ongoing training to staff on food safety and hygiene practices</p><p>- Liaise with local authorities and ensure compliance with municipal requirements and regulations</p><p> </p><p>Qualifications</p><p>- Bachelor’s Degree</p><p>- Certification in Food Safety, Hygiene, or HACCP services</p><p>- Good working knowledge of ISO 22001 or above, HACCP, and Food Grade/Safety</p><p>- Preferably a Saudi or local national; females are encouraged to apply for this role</p><p>- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a large organization or hotel in a similar role</p><p>- Basic Food Hygiene Certification program from Saudi Arabia</p><p>- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English</p><p>- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)</p><p>- Ability to prepare detailed reports and deliver on-the-job training</p><p>- Good local knowledge of how to deal with the Municipality and familiarity with their requirements</p><p> </p><ul><li>We are committed to providing equal opportunities for all candidates and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
