<p>MyFatoorah is one of the largest Fintech solutions providers in the MENA region – We are looking for a talented HR Supervisor to join our team at MyFatoorah KSA.</p><p><br></p><p>As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and managing the main aspects of Human Resources, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Government Relations, Performance Reviews, and General Administration.</p><p><br></p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to work for a dynamic company that values its employees and is committed to providing a positive work environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Spearhead the end-to-end manpower planning and recruitment process for MyFatoorah KSA.</li><li>Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to maintain a positive work environment.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for government relations matters, ensuring compliance with all regulations and laws.</li><li>Oversee performance management and appraisal processes, including setting goals and objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to stakeholders.</li><li>Manage and oversee all general HR administrative tasks, including payroll and HRIS administration.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience &amp; Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in aspects of Business Management.</li><li>4+ years of experience in a generalist HRM role is a must.</li><li>Experience within the following industries is a plus: Financial Services, IT Solutions, E-Commerce, Telecommunications.</li><li>Deep understanding of the Saudi market and culture.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (Languages: Arabic &amp; English).</li><li>Priority will be given to nationals.</li></ul>
