Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team at Spiritude Software Technology. The HR Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to write and review contracts, and have a proven track record in talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s overall strategy
• Write and review contracts, ensuring they are legally compliant and protect the interests of the company
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for all positions within the company, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
• Develop and maintain a talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent to the company
• Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
• Provide HR-related training to employees and managers as needed
• Stay up-to-date on HR-related laws and regulations, and ensure that the company is in compliance
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
• 3+ years of HR experience in a software or technology company
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Proven experience in contract writing and review
• Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• SHRM certification is a plus
