<ul><li>Support the implementation of the annual HR plan&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in the planning and execution of various HR initiatives.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Respond to employee requests and questions.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure company employees know HR policies and procedures; provide advice and guidance when required.</li><li>Implement a new employee orientation program in coordination with a recruitment specialist,</li><li>Assist with implementing guidelines for employee promotions/career paths and grading scale.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with the implementation of talent management and succession planning strategies.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate implementation of the performance management system&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct exit interviews</li><li>Prepare HR reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to developing an influential culture at the organization, upholding company values and staff morale</li><li>Preparing Payroll, Detections, Attendance</li></ul>
