<p>Entoneyo’s way is currently seeking to hire <span>an HR</span> Officer .</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Scope</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Specialist-HR is accountable for implementing effective people strategies through close coordination with employees, line managers and key stakeholders. S/He acts as a point of reference on all HR functional and operational areas.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Main Duties And Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Provide day-to-day guidance to all employees on HR functional areas including administration, onboarding and employee relations among others;</p><p>Tackle HR-related matters and tasks in compliance with labor law;</p><p>Cover all the onboarding and off boarding cycle;</p><p>Update periodic HR dashboards, analyze KPIs and metrics and recommend solutions in coordination with the HRM;</p><p>Update and monitor HR policies and SOP’s, procedures and related forms as well as job descriptions and organizational charts for all departments;</p><p>Assist in the implementation of the yearly performance appraisal ensuring fairness and transparency all across;</p><p>Maintain and update the HR database, records and employee files while monitoring schedules, attendance and leaves for proper action;</p><p>Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, transfers and terminations;</p><p>- Conduct exit interviews identifying trends and remedial actions in coordination with the HRM;</p><p>Ensure that probation meetings are conducted and forms are filled in due time;</p><p>Engage and coordinate closely with the Center of Excellence in projects related to employee and organizational needs;</p><p>Attend to employee relations, address performance concerns and other related issues and escalate to the direct manager when and as needed;</p><p>Partner with other departments such as Finance, Legal and IT achieving shared organizational goals and objectives;</p><p>Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements, local labor laws and HR best practices reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance;</p><p>Participate in evaluating and monitoring training programs, with a close follow up on mandatory training&nbsp;</p><p>Coordinate in the planning of HR initiatives and events focused on enhancing employee engagement and company culture;</p><p>Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offering with the coordination of HRM.</p><p><strong>Experience in MENA ME SYSTEM is must.</strong></p><p><strong>Minimum 5 years of Experience as an HR.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Interested candidates please submit your resume to info@entoneyosway.com and mention “<span>HR Officer</span>” in subject.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
