Our centrally-located office in downtown Abu Dhabi will serve as your primary work location, with occasional work-from-home arrangements available. We invite you to become an integral part of “Devs” and make a significant impact on our continued success.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Planned Responsibilities:</span></p><ul><li><span>Maintain employee records;</span></li><li><span>Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leave);</span></li><li><span>Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences and leaves;</span></li><li><span>Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures;</span></li><li><span>Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information;</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with the Management to headhunt, post job ads on careers pages, process incoming resumes and organize interviews;</span></li><li><span>Assist in the preparation of reports for internal communications;</span></li><li><span>Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies;</span></li><li><span>Do regular 1:1 with employees;</span></li><li><span>Book hotels and tickets for visiting employees;</span></li><li><span>Organize parties, gatherings and team building activities.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Required Qualifications:</span></p><ul><li><span>At least 4 years experience, ideally in the IT industry;</span></li><li><span>Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any field from a reputable university;</span></li><li><span>Excellent command of written and spoken English;</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of Arabic, Russian or Armenian is an advantage;</span></li><li><span>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel;</span></li><li><span>A well-controlled ego;</span></li><li><span>Proficient in using MS Office and Google Suite Applications;</span></li><li><span>Strong operational knowledge of human resources practices;</span></li><li><span>Attention to the details;</span></li><li><span>Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law;</span></li><li><span>Ability to maintain and demonstrate strong ethical and professional values.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>To apply, send an email with “HR Specialist – YOU NAME HERE” subject to </span>applicants@devs.ae<span> mentioning your favorite food or dish in the body of the email and attaching your CV.
