<br><p>Job Description:</p><p>We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Human Resource Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Human Resource Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates</p><p>- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local laws and regulations</p><p>- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures</p><p>- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies</p><p>- Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans</p><p>- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations</p><p>- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues</p><p>- Keep up-to-date with changes in HR laws and regulations and adjust HR policies and procedures accordingly</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field</p><p>- At least 3 years of experience in HR management in Saudi Arabia</p><p>- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations</p><p>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p><p>- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems</p><p>- Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written</p><p><br></p><p>We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to qualified candidates.
