GigaKOM is continuously building an extensive client base and is looking to expand into adjacent markets. </span></p><p><span>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR International Remote Specialist to join our team. As the HR International Remote Specialist, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and sourcing talent for various positions across different departments, including accounting, sales, and engineering. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, both for international positions and those based in San Diego. In addition, you will focus on employee engagement and morale initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.</span></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>What You鈥檒l Do</strong></p><p> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Build a strong functional team across departments </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with hiring managers across GigaKOM departments (Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, Purchasing etc.) to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies</li><li>Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions, both international and in San Diego</li><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate database management, and coordination of virtual interviews</li><li>Designing job descriptions and levels for several GigaKOM positions </li><li>Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners (This is mostly applicable for Engineering Labor partnerships)</li><li>Work with HR & Legal teams regarding international regulations related to hiring / screening candidates both domestically and internationally </li><li>Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO and stakeholders regarding recruitment activities and employee engagement initiatives</li></ul><li><br></li><p><strong>Manage Employee Engagement and Impact GigaKOM鈥檚 Culture</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Work with the HR & Marketing team to develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives</li><li>Monitor employee satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance morale</li><li>Leveraging tools such as Bamboo HR to conduct employee surveys and to update/maintain employee records</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and other functions to advance updates/maintain to training and other onboarding materials </li><li>Assist with the facilitation of the new hire and existing employee onboarding process, potentially including but not limited to health and/or insurance programs </li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><em>The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time</em></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>路 High School graduate, 2- or 4-year college graduate preferred</span></p><p><span>路 Strong service and communication skills with a demonstrated proficiency in composing written communications</span></p><p><span>路 Meticulous and accurate with strong organization skills.</span></p><p><span>路 Dependable team player</span></p><p><span>路 High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities</span></p><p><span>路 Excellent telephone skills and computer knowledge with proficiency in database management and word processing</span></p><p>路 <span>Excellent knowledge of Office suite</span></p><p>路 <span>Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates</span></p><p>路 <span>Strong understanding of international recruitment practices and legal requirements</span></p><p>路 <span>Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment tools.</span></p><p>路 <span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</span></p><p>路 <span>Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.</span></p><p>路 <span>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</span></p><p> </p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><p><span> </span></p><p>路 <span>Some IT experience a plus</span><span> </span><span>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred</span></p><ul><li>Professional certifications in Human Resources.</li><li>Experience with employee engagement programs and initiatives.</li><li>Knowledge of global employment regulations and practices.</li></ul><li><br></li><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><p>路 <strong>Job Type:</strong><span> Full-time or Part Time</span></p><p>路 <strong>Compensation</strong><span>: Based on experience </span></p><p>路 <strong>Benefits</strong><span>: N/A</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><br></p>
