We offer a B2B one-stop shop, tackling the digital, operational, and logistical challenges and efficiently connecting businesses to an extensive network of wholesalers.<p><br></p>The position offers a unique opportunity to learn about Administration and human resources in a fast-growing startup.<p><br></p><strong>Job description:</strong><p><br></p>Key deliverables include the following: <ul><li>Support all government-related activities with MOL, GOSI, Muqeem, MOI..etc.</li><li>Support all HR activities, including but not limited to</li><ul><li>Screening potential candidates </li><li>Headhunting for candidates </li><li>employment contract </li><li>employment settlement </li><li>employment needs </li><li>Employees medical insurance</li><li>Support the Property & Space Management</li><li>Support Asset Management, facility cost management, and travel management</li><li>Support the communication with banks</li></ul></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Recent graduate or with 0 to 2 years of experience</li><li>A bachelor’s in Administration, Human resources, or related degree.</li><li>Self-driven and able to work independently </li><li>Understanding of market research and/or strategic marketing techniques </li><li>Primary and Secondary research skills </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication (Arabic and English) </li><li>Responsive to critical situations/adherence to timelines and milestones </li><li>Excellent in MS suite ( word, excel, and PowerPoint ) </li><li>A self-starter invested in your future </li><li>A persuasive communicator </li><li>Deeply Analytical </li><li>Saudi National only </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Training & Development</li></ul>
