It is also registered in several countries around the globe including Saint Vincent and Grenadines and Dubai.</p><br><p> </p><br><p><strong>Offices and Employees</strong></p><br><p>INGOT Brokers has physical offices, representative offices, operation hubs, and/or consultants in Pakistan, the UAE, Australia, Jordan, Saint Vincent, Turkey, Thailand, Vietnam, South Africa, Kenya, Seychelles, and Iraq. In the Jordan entity alone, the company has approximately 170 employees – and increasing.</p><br><p> </p><br><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>Add users to the HR system and Ensure employee records are maintained and updated on a regular basis on the Mena HR system.</li><br><li>Follow up on the missing personal documentation from the staff’s personal files and record all documents. </li><br><li>Assist in all communication regarding health insurance and other employee benefits.</li><br><li>Track and monitor stocks of office issuances and supplies and place orders when necessary.</li><br><li>Assist in preparing official letters (employee certificates, experience letters, employee change status forms, etc.) and any other documents requested from the manager.</li><br><li>Assist in the recruitment process.</li><br><li>Screen/review online applications evaluating such factors as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, and ability, and develop a short list of potential candidates to forward to the hiring managers.</li><br><li>Provide well-documented recruiting reports to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and the Global HR Manager.</li><br><li>Request emails and equipment as needed for new joiners.</li><br><li>Draft job offers, contracts, appendix, agreements, and any update of previous agreements required.</li><br><li>Sign all onboarding documents for new joiners (Job Offer, contracts, NDA, and any other documents needed). </li><br></ul><br><p> </p><br><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any business-related degree.</li><br><li>holding a certificate in HR will be a plus.</li><br><li>0-2 years of related experience in HR. </li><br><li>Excellent level of written and spoken English and Arabic. </li><br><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><br><li>Ability to create and present ideas and reports. </li><br><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. </li><br><li>Excellent time management skills.</li><br><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.</li><br><li>Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.</li></ul>
