<p>We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintaining manpower by recruiting, selecting, onboarding, orienting, employees.</li><li>Designing and implementing HR policies in line with industry standards & organizational values and provide guidance across departments.</li><li>Managing talent acquisition processes such as recruitment and identify competencies required in coordination with department managers.</li><li>Maintaining human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees</li><li>Developing, updating, implementing, and/or communicating staff policies and procedures in compliance with standard HR practices, laws, and regulations.</li><li>Ensuring employee queries are addressed in a timely manner through frequent contact and support</li><li>Managing talent acquisition processes such as recruitment and identify competencies required in coordination with department managers.</li><li>Preparing offer letter/employment agreement for signature by the manager, candidate, and others as appropriate.</li><li>Sourcing of candidates through headhunting via various job portals in accordance with the Job description.</li><li>Maintaining Strict Turn Around Time and adhering to specific requirements</li><li>Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn / Facebook and other available online forums</li><li>Maintaining a keen eye on the latest recruitment processes and techniques for an efficient recruitment process</li><li>Conducting market due diligence on the availability of talent pool in specific markets/Regions</li><li>Conducting research and analysis as well as produce reports as required</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Required Skill Set:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Preferably HR or Recruitment experience in Recruitment firm essential</li><li>End to End recruitment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Good understanding of the Internet & MS office is a must.</li><li>Ability to understand Job Descriptions & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.</li><li>Prior work experience in Real Estate preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
