<p>We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience in the travel industry.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy</li><li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues</li><li>Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding</li><li>Create and implement effective performance management systems and processes</li><li>Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture</li><li>Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases</li><li>Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations</li><li>Conduct training and development programs for employees and managers</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on the travel industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of local and international labor laws and regulations</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li><li>Experience with HRIS and other HR software tools</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li></ul><p><br></p>
